Sagarika gives styling goals to brides-to-be

Sagarika’s bridal journey lasted for over a week. It was marked by mehendi, sangeet, marriage, reception, cocktail party and dinner bash and on every occasion, she made us go aww. Her goddess like look in her indo-western ensembles were simply breath-taking. The designer attires, sparkling jewellery and yes, her million-dollar smile is not only cherished by her loved ones but also her fans online. There is a gush-fest on the internet over her looks. Everyone is gushing over her string of bridal appearances. While her gorgeous self is treat to eyes for men, women just can’t stop making notes for their own personal styling and for brides-to-be, her wedding album is a catalogue of stunning indo-western looks.

Zaheer weds Sarika

The couple opted for a court marriage in the presence of close relatives and friends. To go with the low-key affair, the bride chose to keep the look subtle and donned a traditional red saree with a set of oxide jewellery. Simple yet suave!  

Cocktail bash post wedding

Soon after the marriage, the newly wed duo threw a cocktail party for their folks. Dressed in a peach colour lehenga, Sagarika made heads turn with her oxide jewellery that was an assortment of mangtikka, necklace, rings, bangles and a pair of earrings.

The mehendi-sangeet ceremony too was a grand affair with the bride decked up in a designer lehenga. But what amped up the look further was the temple jewellery set. The necklace with pearl layers and a golden motif, in sync with the earrings and mangtikka, simply stole the show.

For the dinner bash, Sagarika again showed up in an indo-western ensemble that was further adorned by a stone-studded set of necklace and earrings. Marvellous!

Last but not the least – the reception look. The golden touch of her lavish lehenga and the sparkle of jadau jewellery set, made her look like a million dollar. Although the ceremony was attended by some of prominent celebrities to the likes of beauty queen Sushmita Sen, Sagarika in her bridal finery was definitely the star of the evening. 

 We won’t be surprised if she bags some bridal photoshoot assignments soon after the wedding!

The rich and varied Tulunadu treasures

First let’s make it clear. Not everyone living in South India is Mallu and particularly, not everyone living in Karnataka speaks Kannada. There is a culturally rich clan of Tulunadus living in Mangalore who are distinction in every way. Their rituals, their language and their lifestyle reflect the uniqueness of their culture.
